On Karma

For all the time I spend on self-improvement, trying to build a better version of myself without the support of others only goes so far. To become a good man I need to surround myself with people who make me better. Unfortunately, I can’t simply choose the best men and women to be my friends. What I am willing to give others is what I create in my own life - I offer my best to the world and let karma do the rest.

I want to be selfless - so I choose to be generous, but I also accept the grace of others and selfless people find their way into my life. They encourage my generosity in a beautiful feedback loop lifting all of us.

I want to get jacked - so I choose discipline and hit the gym, but I also get involved in other’s fitness journeys, spurring them on in whole-hearted support. Serious lifters end up finding their way into my life, who push me to reach goals - and we become stronger together.

What are you trying to create?

Start with you, but don’t direct all your energy toward self - offer it to the tribe. Encourage, uplift, and if you have to, fake it till you make it. Your honest intention will change your life.
